What’s in the Program?

WEEK 1 & 2

Stop forcing stretches and start stretching smarter! The first two weeks focus on increasing flexibility in both front and back extension positions while strengthening the muscles needed to support them. You’ll work through targeted stretching sequences to improve range of motion, while also strengthening the opposing muscle groups and core for better balance and control.

WEEK 3 & 4

Flexibility alone isn’t enough—true mobility comes from strength. In these weeks, you’ll build endurance, increase range of motion, and develop the muscle control to sustain extensions with ease. You’ll add targeted stretches to increase range in seconde positions while continuing to reinforce core and stabilizer strength.

WEEK 5 & 6

In the final phase, the focus shifts to maintaining and building strength across all extension positions. Repetitions will be increased to solidify muscle endurance, allowing you to sustain height, control transitions, and refine your technique. By the end of six weeks, you’ll have the flexibility, strength, and stability to extend with confidence and power.
